The role includes paid training, requires schedule flexibility, and involves standing and walking during extended shifts.

Design immersive, performance-driven simulations and training using tools like Articulate and Captivate. Collaborate with SMEs and operations to mirror real call flows, deploy content to an LMS (SCORM/xAPI), analyze feedback, and support rollout. Bilingual Spanish a plus; travel required.
