Retail Sales Associate representing AT&T in a store-within-a-store environment. Engage customers in a retail store-within-a-store setting, assess their needs, educate them about AT&T wireless products and plans, process transactions and activations, achieve sales goals, maintain product knowledge and visual merchandising standards, and deliver strong customer service. The role includes paid training, requires schedule flexibility, and involves standing and walking during extended shifts.

Design immersive, performance-driven simulations and training using tools like Articulate and Captivate. Collaborate with SMEs and operations to mirror real call flows, deploy content to an LMS (SCORM/xAPI), analyze feedback, and support rollout. Bilingual Spanish a plus; travel required.
