Lead and deliver Process Safety Management and Operational Risk Management transformation programs for high-hazard and asset-intensive clients. Responsibilities include assessing safety systems, designing practical improvements, facilitating risk reviews and workshops, coaching leaders, engaging executives and frontline teams, leading multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring colleagues, and developing methodologies. Manager-level candidates also support client relationships, proposals, account development, and business growth. The role requires up to 80% travel across the United States and potentially internationally.

Supports consulting engagements that improve operational risk management, safety leadership, operational excellence, and sustainability. Responsibilities include project preparation, client interaction, assessments, training and coaching, workshop facilitation, technical advising, risk-system development, and project governance. The consultant works across industrial sectors, develops senior-management outputs, applies analytical and problem-solving skills, and travels extensively to domestic and international client sites.
