Develops advanced mechanical designs for standard and custom plastic assembly products, selecting components and materials, creating ISO-compliant documentation, and supporting manufacturing and sales. Manages multiple product-development projects, coordinates with vendors, provides technical assistance, and assists with customer installations, service, and troubleshooting. Requires occasional short-notice travel and continuous process improvement using TQM principles.

Provides technical expertise in ultrasonic welding and plastic joining, including feasibility evaluations, joint design, customer support, tooling testing, documentation, and project coordination. Communicates with customers, sales, suppliers, and engineering teams; supports product development, manufacturing, quality improvement, and post-sales equipment startup. Requires occasional domestic and international travel to customer facilities.
