Manages market analysis, RFPs, GPO and manufacturer negotiations, supplier governance, contract compliance, shortage-risk planning, and savings initiatives. Advises executive, pharmacy, finance, legal, and clinical stakeholders while balancing cost efficiency, regulatory requirements, and supply continuity. The role also develops category strategies, financial models, sourcing playbooks, and supplier performance frameworks.

Leads end-to-end Procurement and Strategic Sourcing projects across direct and indirect spend categories. Plans schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and service providers. Manages project communications, contracts, documentation, cost savings, and realized value. Supports portfolio prioritization and continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, influencing, analytical, and organizational skills, with knowledge of GPO contracting, purchase order lifecycle management, category management, working capital, and payment terms.
