Assembles machinery, subassemblies, and machine segments by interpreting blueprints and following build sequences. Uses hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and MES software while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards. Leads the enterprise transformation and continuous improvement agenda by establishing and operating a Transformation Office. Create electrical schematics and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical, specify components, lead projects from concept through FAT and customer acceptance, ensure UL/CE/CSA safety compliance, and support sales, assembly, procurement, and service. Travel 10–20%.

Provide frontline technical support to internal and external customers via phone and email; troubleshoot packaging and automation equipment, create and manage support cases, coordinate with service and engineering, develop technical documentation and training, and provide occasional onsite diagnostics and after-hours coverage as part of a rotation.

Drive ERP (Epicor) part setup, DFM, and operational analytics for a high-mix, low-volume engineered-to-order environment. Improve routings, EOQ, cycle times, labor standards, scrap tracking, throughput, and product cost through cross-functional collaboration, VAVE, root-cause problem solving, capacity planning models, and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Sell company packaging equipment and promotional programs across the Southeast territory via direct and distributor channels. Build relationships, implement sales strategy, train distributors, manage order specifications and internal paperwork, and coordinate with support teams. Extensive travel required.

Serve as senior HR leader and strategic partner to the Group President and leadership team. Drive people strategies across operating companies including talent management, succession planning, leadership development, organizational design, employee engagement, change management, HR operations, compliance, and acquisition integration. Use workforce analytics, coach senior leaders, and ensure consistent HR execution to improve organizational effectiveness and support business objectives.

Drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory by prospecting, building relationships, and closing consultative B2B sales of conveyor and material-handling solutions. Manage full sales cycle, maintain CRM pipeline, collaborate with engineering, and travel frequently to meet customers and evaluate applications.

Manage implementation of automation and material-handling projects from purchase order through installation and startup. Lead kickoffs, track schedule and cost, coordinate internal/external resources, communicate with customers, provide installers with information, perform site visits, support commissioning and acceptance, and report weekly project status.
