Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI controls for packaging machinery. Create electrical schematics and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical, specify components, lead projects from concept through FAT and customer acceptance, ensure UL/CE/CSA safety compliance, and support sales, assembly, procurement, and service. Travel 10–20%.

Assemble machinery and subassemblies by reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, troubleshooting mechanical systems, reporting hours in MES, and meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards.

Provide frontline technical support to internal and external customers via phone and email; troubleshoot packaging and automation equipment, create and manage support cases, coordinate with service and engineering, develop technical documentation and training, and provide occasional onsite diagnostics and after-hours coverage as part of a rotation.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug packaging machinery; perform mechanical and electrical inspections, PLC downloads/edits, adjustments, and Factory Acceptance Tests; document changes and coordinate with engineering, production, sales, and customers. May perform field service and travel up to 50%.

Drive ERP (Epicor) part setup, DFM, and operational analytics for a high-mix, low-volume engineered-to-order environment. Improve routings, EOQ, cycle times, labor standards, scrap tracking, throughput, and product cost through cross-functional collaboration, VAVE, root-cause problem solving, capacity planning models, and data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing to reduce waste, shorten lead times, improve quality and profitability. Drive Lean projects, kaizen events, DFM partnerships, process redesigns, performance metrics, and team training to sustain productivity, safety, and cost reductions.

Lead and scale end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, fabrication/machining, and facilities. Drive delivery, productivity, cost, quality, safety, and inventory performance through data-driven management, KPIs, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Build and develop a high-performing operations team and ensure reliable facilities, maintenance, and capital execution to support profitable growth.

Sell company packaging equipment and promotional programs across the Southeast territory via direct and distributor channels. Build relationships, implement sales strategy, train distributors, manage order specifications and internal paperwork, and coordinate with support teams. Extensive travel required.

Lead strategy and execution for integrated automation and material handling solutions across the Americas. Oversee large-scale, multi-site projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; standardize engineering, installation, and aftermarket processes; drive KPI-based continuous improvement; collaborate cross-functionally and build high-performing teams.

Work with sales and customers to design material-handling solutions, estimate costs, develop schedules, solicit vendor quotes, create proposals and pricing documents, maintain drawing libraries, and support process improvements while staying current on industry technologies.

Support all aspects of Accounts Receivable including EDI invoicing, invoice generation, payment posting, collections, credit management, AR aging, reconciliations, month-end support, and AR process improvements while collaborating with Sales, Lifecycle Services, and IT.
