Assembles machinery, subassemblies, and machine segments by interpreting blueprints and following build sequences. Uses hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and MES software while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards. Reports issues to management, maintains a clean work environment, accurately records hours, and supports continuous process improvement. The role requires standing for extended periods, handling materials, and occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds.

Leads the enterprise transformation and continuous improvement agenda by establishing and operating a Transformation Office. Builds integrated roadmaps, governance routines, scorecards, and financial benefit validation processes. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, drives executive reviews, applies Lean and structured problem-solving methods, coaches leaders, and embeds sustainable operational improvements across manufacturing and transactional environments.

Oversee and execute accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, reconciling statements, preparing payments, and supporting month-end and year-end close. Assist with financial reporting, audits, tax activities, and discrepancy resolution while maintaining accurate records and communicating with finance and purchasing teams.
