The role partners with plant and executive leadership on financial performance, manages and develops the accounting team, coordinates audits, and leads finance transformation, automation, data governance, and reporting improvements. The position requires manufacturing finance expertise, CPA certification, US GAAP knowledge, and significant progressive accounting experience.

Manage supply chain activities for manufacturing product lines, including demand scheduling, production planning, forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, supplier coordination, customer service, ERP reporting, item and supplier setup, engineering change requests, and BOM audits. The role supports daily manufacturing operations and requires cross-functional collaboration, strong Excel skills, and supply chain experience.

Leads multidisciplinary mechanical engineering and design teams developing manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, gauges, automated testing systems, and robotics solutions. Oversees CAD, analysis, validation, system integration, capital projects, supplier coordination, commissioning, and manufacturing readiness. Establishes engineering standards and technical roadmaps, manages project scope and budgets, supports continuous improvement, and mentors and evaluates engineering personnel. Partners with manufacturing, controls, software, quality, operations, customers, and suppliers to deliver reliable, cost-effective automation and production solutions.

Designs, implements, and maintains automotive powertrain testing strategies, sequences, machines, and data-analysis applications. Leads equipment capability, throughput, maintenance, calibration, root-cause analysis, testing experiments, KPIs, and PPAP activities. Requires expertise in automotive drivetrain components, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical systems, industrial controls, data acquisition, PLC/HMI programming, instrumentation, databases, and testing software. The role also mentors junior engineers and collaborates with product engineering and operations teams.
