Teams at Dynatrace

Drive enterprise software sales growth across the Detroit metropolitan area through new-customer acquisition, territory planning, product demonstrations, executive engagement, and land-and-expand strategies. Manage up to 40 accounts, including prospects and existing customers, while developing account networks, partnering with sales engineers and channel partners, and coordinating internal teams. Build business plans, close complex enterprise sales cycles, achieve quota, and support successful implementations, upselling, and cross-selling.

Supports sales through technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept creation and management, cloud architecture discussions, solution evaluations, RFPs, and customer presentations. Builds relationships with customers, partners, executives, and internal teams while evangelizing Dynatrace observability products. Provides technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, troubleshoots issues, gathers product feedback, and supports multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Lead enterprise data architecture across warehouses, data lakes, downstream applications, and AI workloads. Design data models, Medallion Architecture, ELT standards, semantic layers, APIs, access controls, and reusable datasets. Partner with business and BI teams to drive adoption, conduct architecture reviews, establish platform standards, and mentor data and analytics engineers. The role requires deep Snowflake, dbt, data modeling, pipeline, and semantic-layer expertise, with experience in AI data patterns and cloud infrastructure preferred.
