Analyzes product failures, repair and return data, customer feedback, and service-center information to identify reliability trends and failure modes. The role conducts Pareto analyses, investigates failed samples, supports product trials and launches, drives issue closure, and recommends design and quality improvements. It also provides engineering expertise across the Americas, collaborates with global engineering and quality teams, prepares reliability reports, and investigates product safety issues.

Leads global IT service operations across incident, problem, change, request, supplier, and service integration management. Coordinates major incident response, service restoration, operational governance, performance reporting, risk management, and executive service reviews. Drives continual improvement through automation, AIOps, observability, predictive analytics, self-service, and intelligent workflows while supporting a follow-the-sun, 24/7 operating model.

Leads customer compliance, contract governance, deductions, chargebacks, claims resolution, and operational performance across strategic retail accounts. Manages a team of analysts, monitors customer scorecards and OTIF metrics, controls compliance-related costs, develops reporting, and leads cross-functional process improvements with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.

Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, treasury reporting, bank relationships, account openings, guarantees, regulatory compliance, and treasury controls across the Americas and Europe. The role supports cash management strategies, treasury transformation initiatives, process improvements, and implementation of treasury tools and systems while partnering with internal stakeholders and banking providers.

Support US FP&A with cost analytics, forecasting, and performance management. Build and maintain cost and scenario models, deliver month-end reporting and variance analysis, generate actionable insights, partner with functional teams, automate reporting with BI tools, and drive continuous process improvements.

Supports the HR people strategy for assigned business units through employee relations, manager coaching, performance management, development planning, organizational change, recruiting partnerships, policy guidance, compliance, and investigations. Partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and operational effectiveness. Facilitates manager and employee training, advises on leave and accommodation matters, and contributes to broader HR initiatives.

Leads Dyson’s Americas tax function, overseeing corporate income tax, sales and use tax compliance, provisions, reporting, audits, disputes, legislative monitoring, and tax support for business initiatives. Partners with finance, business, treasury, customs, Group Tax, external advisors, and outsourced providers across multiple jurisdictions. Drives tax process improvements, governance, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while managing the regional tax team.

Supports customer compliance and Order-to-Cash operations for major retail accounts. Reviews deductions, chargebacks, shortages, claims, and disputes; identifies root causes; monitors compliance metrics and scorecards; and partners with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and business services teams. The role also prepares reporting, maintains compliance documentation, resolves order-flow exceptions, and supports process improvements that reduce penalties and improve customer satisfaction.
