Leads Dyson’s Americas tax function, overseeing corporate income tax, sales and use tax compliance, provisions, reporting, audits, disputes, legislative monitoring, and tax support for business initiatives. Partners with finance, business, treasury, customs, Group Tax, external advisors, and outsourced providers across multiple jurisdictions. Drives tax process improvements, governance, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while managing the regional tax team.

Leads customer compliance, contract governance, deductions, chargebacks, claims resolution, and operational performance across strategic retail accounts. Manages a team of analysts, monitors customer scorecards and OTIF metrics, controls compliance-related costs, develops reporting, and leads cross-functional process improvements with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service.

Leads Total Rewards strategy and operations across the US, Canada, and Mexico, covering compensation, benefits, retirement, incentives, recognition, compliance, and employee services. Partners with HR and business leaders, manages a Total Rewards team, oversees annual compensation cycles, improves HR technology and processes, analyzes workforce data, and develops reporting dashboards. Requires strong expertise in North American rewards programs, analytics, market benchmarking, and people leadership.
