Leads Total Rewards strategy and operations across the US, Canada, and Mexico, covering compensation, benefits, retirement, incentives, recognition, compliance, and employee services. Partners with HR and business leaders, manages a Total Rewards team, oversees annual compensation cycles, improves HR technology and processes, analyzes workforce data, and develops reporting dashboards. Requires strong expertise in North American rewards programs, analytics, market benchmarking, and people leadership.

Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, treasury reporting, bank relationships, account openings, guarantees, regulatory compliance, and treasury controls across the Americas and Europe. The role supports cash management strategies, treasury transformation initiatives, process improvements, and implementation of treasury tools and systems while partnering with internal stakeholders and banking providers.

Support US FP&A with cost analytics, forecasting, and performance management. Build and maintain cost and scenario models, deliver month-end reporting and variance analysis, generate actionable insights, partner with functional teams, automate reporting with BI tools, and drive continuous process improvements.
