Oversees bar and strand fabrication, extrusion production, order fulfillment, labor costs, workflow efficiency, and facility security. Requires five years of operations experience, metals manufacturing knowledge, warehouse organization skills, and order-pulling experience.

Manages structural repair and strengthening construction projects from estimating through delivery. Responsibilities include safety planning, budgeting, financial reporting, client and vendor coordination, contract compliance, project submittals, cost estimating, procurement, and field issue resolution. Projects primarily involve post-tensioning, CFRP, heavy civil construction, bridges, and commercial infrastructure. The role also supports business development, marketing activities, customer satisfaction, and industry events, with travel to construction sites and client locations as required.

Drive infrastructure monitoring sales across the Americas by identifying opportunities, developing stakeholder relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting market and competitor analysis, representing the company at industry events, managing CRM data, and supporting opportunities through award and handover. The role requires technical knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, pricing and tender processes, extensive regional travel, and collaboration with transportation authorities, infrastructure owners, consultants, and contractors.
