The role focuses on advancement, fundraising, campaign strategy, donor and alumni engagement, and institutional transformation, with approximately 40–50% travel and extensive engagement with senior executives.

Lead and support implementations of Navigate360 and related student success technologies. Manage project timelines, design workflows, facilitate trainings, drive change management, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely go-live and early adoption while improving institutional student success processes.
