Designs and develops data engineering, business intelligence, ETL, datamart, and dashboard solutions using Cloudera, Tableau, Spark, and related technologies. Analyzes data quality and business metrics, builds data infrastructure and analytics tools, supports Data Science platforms, improves cluster computing, and collaborates with business and engineering teams. Provides training, mentors interns, and promotes secure, reliable data practices.

Improves the reliability, resilience, scalability, observability, and operational health of production services. Responsibilities include automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, incident response, monitoring, service-level objectives, capacity management, resilience testing, troubleshooting, and reducing operational toil. Partners with software engineering teams to build reliable systems and participates independently in on-call rotations.

Develops, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains complex Java software applications and web services using Spring Boot. Designs RESTful services, queries SQL databases, manages Git workflows, reviews code, builds automated CI/CD tests, troubleshoots defects, and contributes to secure software engineering practices. Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to deliver product capabilities for Paze and other financial services platforms.
