The Accounting Director oversees onsite accounting and financial operations for a senior living community. Responsibilities include resident billing support, collections, accounts payable coordination, financial reporting, reconciliations, accruals, vendor relations, system and census data maintenance, and department-head financial guidance. The role partners with centralized finance teams and regional leadership to resolve issues, ensure compliance, support forecasting, and provide operational financial insight.

Leads regional marketing and sales strategy for senior living communities and health centers, driving brand positioning, occupancy, revenue, and move-in goals. Partners with operations and community leadership on marketing plans, sales execution, budgeting, staffing, training, performance management, and client relations. Uses CRM systems, reporting, and data analysis to improve results across levels of care. Travels extensively to support communities, conduct training, attend meetings, and engage owners and boards.
