Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive architecture and best practices, write and test code, troubleshoot production incidents, and improve monitoring and reliability while collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and maintain production-scale APIs and distributed systems in Golang on Kubernetes. Provide technical leadership, participate in design reviews, write tests and documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, improve developer workflows including AI-assisted tooling, and support on-call operations.

Lead strategic growth across carrier partnerships to expand revenue, own carrier relationships, define and execute product strategy and roadmaps with Engineering, and build scalable Carrier-as-a-Customer programs. Drive PoCs, identify new revenue streams, optimize carrier portfolio performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, Analytics, Sales, and Platform teams to measure and improve outcomes.
