The Client Sales Representative will grow a book of business by building client relationships, managing outbound sales calls, and utilizing Salesforce for operational tasks.

Lead and develop a team of vertically aligned Enterprise Account Managers to drive growth, retention, and margin across large, complex logistics accounts. Set commercial standards, own portfolio P&L, expand cross-platform sales, build vertical-specific frameworks, run executive business reviews, monitor churn and margin risk, partner with sales and operations, and develop future leaders.

Manage and grow assigned temperature-controlled logistics accounts by ensuring service excellence, profitability, and operational alignment. Lead client relationships, deliver presentations and business reviews, analyze reports and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify growth opportunities, and perform onsite client visits to drive expansion and continuous improvement.

Lead change management and value realization across Echo's technology portfolio, setting adoption strategy, targets, and measurement. Operate value definition, tracking, and reporting for qualifying initiatives, partnering with Finance and the steering committee. Build and coach a change management team and ensure adoption drives measurable business outcomes.

Lead FP&A for Echo's Supply Chain Solutions segment, owning budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial models, KPI analysis, and executive/board presentations. Partner with operations, sales, accounting, and tech to drive performance, support integrations, and improve FP&A tools and processes.
