As a Client Sales Representative, you will build and manage client relationships, drive new business through outreach, and handle account management in a competitive logistics environment.

Lead product ownership for Echo's proprietary transportation platforms: elicit requirements, design solutions, create user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with engineering/QA/UX/DevOps, support releases and production issues, mentor juniors, and drive process improvements.

Lead selection and operationalization of a primary cybersecurity framework (likely NIST CSF 2.0). Build control ownership, evidence library, exception workflows, and third-party intake. Drive risk and control assessments, improve questionnaire throughput, partner with technical teams for enforceable governance, support audit readiness, and produce leadership reporting on maturity, evidence readiness, and remediation tracking.

The Client Sales Representative will grow a book of business by building client relationships, managing outbound sales calls, and utilizing Salesforce for operational tasks.

Price and quote intermodal shipments, source carriers, convert over-the-road freight to intermodal, support RFP/bid pricing, collaborate with sales, operations, drayage teams, and develop intermodal strategies to reduce cost and improve service.

The Account Executive will manage key account relationships, solve shipping issues, ensure accuracy in billing, and communicate proactively with clients.
