Onboard and support Global Edge ERP customers through implementation, go-live, training, and post-implementation support. Develop implementation plans, document workflows and requirements, coordinate internal teams and partners, monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide business consulting. The role includes delivering online and on-site training, preparing customer materials, supporting process improvements, and ensuring implementations are completed on time and within budget.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Corporate and Go-to-Market roles across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, and G&A. Responsibilities include intake strategy, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, stakeholder advising, offer negotiation, candidate experience, ATS record maintenance, and recruiting progress reporting. The recruiter will manage multiple requisitions, use AI tools to improve workflows, and partner with hiring managers in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, professional services, or B2B environment.

Implement and support ECI’s M1 software for new customers. Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, system design, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live activities, and post-implementation consulting. Manage implementation timelines, scope, budgets, project administration, issue escalation, and customer reporting. Present complex technical concepts clearly while advising customers across manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
