Leads sales growth for outdoor athletic surfacing across the Western U.S. and Western Canada. Develops specifications, strategic partnerships, and complex project-based opportunities involving track systems and OSST projects. Builds relationships with architects, educators, sports builders, contractors, dealers, and national accounts; manages projects through installation and customer satisfaction. Partners with territory representatives, mentors sales teams, develops territory strategies, and represents the company at industry events.
