Manage customer relationships to maximize adoption, retention, and lifetime value of ECP SaaS products. Proactively engage customers, diagnose adoption friction, coordinate cross-functional solutions, handle escalations and billing questions, develop playbooks and success plans, collect customer feedback, and drive outcomes through outreach campaigns and data-driven insights.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor in the sales process: lead customized demos, translate operational challenges into solutions, complete RFPs/RFIs/security questionnaires, build demo environments, and partner with Sales and Product to scale Solutions Engineering and improve win rates.

Lead end-to-end Billing and Payments implementations: gather requirements, configure solutions, manage accounting integrations, resolve billing risks, drive customer adoption, provide product feedback, and maintain implementation documentation and CRM records.
