Leads global People Operations strategy, service delivery, employee experience, Workday HCM ownership, data governance, analytics, and multi-phase HR technology transformation. Oversees global teams, budgets, operating models, process optimization, employee support channels, and enterprise partnerships with Finance, IT, Legal, Privacy, Resource Management, and PMO. Drives Workday module deployments, automation, AI adoption, governance, compliance, and data-driven workforce decision-making.

Reviews, drafts, revises, and supports negotiation of NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts. Evaluates financial and commercial terms, identifies issues requiring escalation, coordinates with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders, maintains contract records, and helps move agreements efficiently through approval. The role supports U.S. and Canadian clients in a collaborative, hybrid environment aligned with Pacific Time business hours.

The Financial Analyst manages accounting, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for workforce-related costs, including salaries, freelance compensation, fringe benefits, payroll taxes, and employee welfare budgets. The role prepares journal entries, investigates discrepancies, tracks freelance spending, maintains financial schedules, and supports month-end close. It partners with Payroll, HR, Resource Management, Controllers, and business leaders to improve processes, explain financial results, and develop cost-saving opportunities.
