Lead the strategy, roadmap, and transformation of eHealth’s consumer health insurance marketplace and online enrollment experience. Drive AI-native shopping tools, audience segmentation, growth funnels, UX optimization, and enterprise website governance. Partner with engineering, data science, marketing, legal, compliance, and business teams to improve conversion, customer trust, and long-term value. Mentor product leaders, guide executives, prioritize backlogs, oversee Agile delivery, and use analytics and experimentation to measure outcomes.

Leads the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable batch and real-time data pipelines, cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT workflows, and ML data infrastructure. Establishes standards for data quality, observability, lineage, governance, security, and modeling. Partners with data scientists, engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders; evaluates technologies, drives technical initiatives, mentors engineers, and supports production-grade APIs and machine learning pipelines.

The Sr. Staff Platform Engineer will lead the design and development of cloud-native internal developer platforms, focusing on AWS and AI/ML integration to empower engineering teams and streamline workflows.
