Requires expertise in hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, charitable entities, and current tax laws.

Oversee private client tax engagements, prepare and review complex individual, partnership, corporate, and entity returns, and ensure compliance with tax laws. Train, supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff while managing deadlines, billing, client relationships, and technical research. Support business development through networking and seminars, collaborate across the firm, and stay current on tax regulations and accounting standards.

Prepare and file state and local tax returns across the United States, organize and cleanse client tax data, manage registrations and business licenses, conduct tax research and analysis, and communicate with clients, tax authorities, and internal professionals. The role also requires identifying creative solutions, writing effectively, and working independently or collaboratively.
