Serve as a technical and commercial advisor for customers with complex testing needs. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, ASTM and ISO standards, prepare testing quotations and proposals, recommend laboratory solutions, and coordinate with engineers and laboratory operations. Build relationships with procurement and technical stakeholders, manage multiple opportunities, support strategic accounts, and contribute to business growth while maintaining technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Supports laboratory operations by conducting routine and non-routine metallurgical and mechanical testing, applying approved standards and procedures, analyzing data, preparing technical reports, and assisting with evaluations and process improvements. Works under engineer and metallurgist guidance, manages testing priorities, communicates technical findings, and maintains data integrity. The role requires practical application of engineering principles, collaboration with laboratory teams, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
