Lead full-cycle recruitment for dental hygienists: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard. Build pipelines via job boards, social media, school partnerships, and career events. Partner with operations and HR, track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS records, and ensure compliance with employment laws while improving sourcing processes and candidate experience.
