Recruit clinical talent, especially dentists, by developing sourcing strategies, engaging active and passive candidates, building industry and school relationships, and partnering with clinical and operations teams. The role includes recruitment marketing, event leadership, candidate relationship management, social media brand ambassadorship, and collaboration throughout the interview process. This remote position requires travel of up to 30% to industry and school events.

Recruits dental hygiene and other clinical talent through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Develops recruiting strategies, manages requisitions through the full lifecycle, builds candidate pipelines through social media and dental school partnerships, and supports recruitment marketing. Partners with clinical, operations, HR, marketing, and recruiting leadership while ensuring compliance with employment laws and improving sourcing processes.

Lead and oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, cash flow, month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supervise the accounting team. Support financial planning, banking relationships, policy development, and analyses for expansion and special projects.
