Leads multiple complex implementation projects for nursing and health education customers, coordinating cross-functional teams from sales through delivery. Responsibilities include developing project plans, schedules, workflows, risk logs, and roadmaps; tracking milestones and KPIs; managing stakeholders, resources, issues, and customer expectations; facilitating meetings; improving processes; and providing post-project support. The role partners with Customer Success, Product, Sales, IT, Curriculum Solutions, and Support teams.

Lead the vision, roadmap, discovery, and delivery of AI-enabled analytics products for nursing and medical education. Translate customer and business needs into product strategies, prioritize backlogs, guide cross-functional teams, and measure adoption, usability, customer impact, and business outcomes. Champion responsible AI practices involving quality, privacy, transparency, and trust while using customer feedback and product data to continuously improve products.

Lead product strategy and execution for the Mytonomy patient engagement platform. Define roadmap, validate opportunities through research and analytics, expand EMR/CRM/API integrations, and apply AI/ML to improve patient outcomes while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive commercialization and adoption.
