Leads strategic customer accounts by developing growth strategies, managing commercial agreements, expanding partnerships, driving sales funnels and opportunities, negotiating pricing, and achieving revenue objectives. Oversees account plans, proposals, financial approvals, value propositions, and customer relationships while coordinating commercial and operational performance. Requires manufacturing experience, strong strategic account management expertise, and up to 30% domestic travel.

Design complex printed circuit board layouts meeting mechanical, electrical, RF, mixed-signal, and manufacturing requirements. Plan project resources, communicate progress with customers, resolve technical issues, track project activities, and support on-time delivery. Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary design teams, apply IPC standards, use PCB layout tools, and advocate for customers while maintaining high quality and workmanship.
