Gather customer feedback, analyze usage data, define requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver quality B2B eCommerce features. Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, documentation, and execution while contributing to product vision and roadmap decisions.

Own end-to-end product and UI design for responsive B2B eCommerce experiences across devices, regions, and languages. Create user flows, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, design specifications, and accessible interfaces in Figma. Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and prototyping, contribute to the design system, gather user feedback, and partner with product and engineering through launch.
