Manage M&A workstreams from qualification to post-close support, conducting financial modeling, due diligence, and preparing investment propositions.

Build and lead a centralized IT function across a holding company and portfolio. Run acquisition IT workstreams and create a Day 1-100 integration playbook. Select and operate identity and access systems, build joiner/mover/leaver processes, maintain living inventory of tools/accounts/licenses, manage MSP relationships and vendor contracts, and connect back-end systems to the cross-portfolio data platform while engaging business stakeholders.
