Lead and manage the Appleton international trade compliance program for the Americas, including customs and export controls, trade data oversight, policy and control maintenance, special programs (sanctions, USMCA, HTS, tariffs), training, audits, analytics for leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and supervision of trade compliance analysts.

Lead and manage field service teams for turbine start-up, installation, commissioning, and outage work. Oversee personnel, equipment, budgets, and change management to grow turbine outage business, build customer relationships, and coordinate regional field service resources to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

Lead retrofit and modernization engineering for hydroelectric plants, designing turbine governor and plant control systems. Develop PLC/HMI/DCS logic, schematics, and test procedures; support FAT and on-site commissioning; act as technical SME and customer contact.

Develop clear DCS technical proposals for control system modernization and subsystem integration. Collaborate with regional/project engineering and cross-functional teams, attend customer meetings to define scope, and review orders for accurate proposal-to-order transition.
