Develops technical quotations and recommendations for engineered-to-order industrial automation products. Serves as the primary technical sales contact, translating customer electrical requirements into compliant solutions under IECEx, ATEX, and NEC standards. Manages orders through fulfillment, coordinates with engineering, pricing, manufacturing, and support teams, maintains CRM and ERP data, and improves quoting workflows and customer experience.

Leads revenue operations strategy and execution across pricing, inside sales, customer care, business intelligence, data governance, and e-commerce. Establishes pricing and data standards, improves customer lifecycle processes, manages sales portal expansion and EDI partnerships, and drives CRM, BI, forecasting, and funnel-management adoption. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, customers, and channel partners to accelerate growth, improve margins, and ensure commercial alignment.

Drives regional sales growth for actuation technology products across the Midwest. Responsibilities include managing customer and channel-partner relationships, developing commercial strategies, negotiating pricing and contracts, expanding installed-base opportunities, maintaining CRM pipelines, forecasting sales, and delivering technical presentations. The role requires extensive territory travel and collaboration with EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers.
