Serve as primary contact for royalty/interest owners: respond to inquiries, research and resolve ownership issues, maintain ownership records, coordinate stakeholder communications, and produce audit-ready letters and reports on project timelines.

Contract Landman responsible for record title research, constructing and validating chains of title, interpreting leases and agreements, identifying title defects and recommending curative actions, calculating ownership and revenue interests, and producing client-ready, audit-ready title reports while collaborating with EPC and client teams on project timelines.

Perform structured data conversion, cleansing, validation, and mapping for system implementations. Execute validation scripts, support UAT, document discrepancies, reconcile legacy and converted data, and escalate anomalies to senior consultants while maintaining organized records and templates.
