Software Engineering Interns will design, build, test, and improve production enterprise SaaS software across frontend, backend, APIs, data, AI-enabled features, and platform engineering. Responsibilities include developing user interfaces and backend services, integrating databases and APIs, processing data and documents, improving performance and scalability, writing maintainable code, participating in reviews and testing, and collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Provide Tier II/III technical support for enterprise SaaS customers, troubleshooting API integrations, accounting workflows, configurations, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate with Customer Success, QA, Product, and Engineering to reproduce bugs, test fixes, document resolutions, and communicate releases. Build customer reporting solutions using OData APIs, Power BI, Excel, and VBA while maintaining technical documentation and knowledge resources.

The Senior Director of Marketing will build a demand engine, shape the Environmental Obligation Management category, and establish marketing infrastructure for ENFOS, focusing on pipeline generation and revenue contribution in B2B SaaS.
