The role also participates in site surveys and requires proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Leads complex mechanical engineering projects, including system analysis, design, testing, maintenance, repair, and improvement. Supports energy audits, procurement analysis, utility invoice reviews, benchmarking, measurement and verification plans, remote monitoring, energy modeling, life cycle cost analyses, and technical reporting. Collaborates with engineering, operations, development, finance teams, lenders, investors, and external advisors while maintaining financial databases and model documentation.
