Teams at Clearwater Analytics (CWAN)

The Program Manager leads project scopes and implementations, coordinates resources, manages budgets, generates reports, and ensures client satisfaction during transitions.

Own third-party interface queries and break resolution, review daily/monthly activities, investigate reconciliation issues, design interface workflows with internal and external stakeholders, and drive process improvements while strengthening client and vendor relationships.

Design, implement, test, deploy, and monitor scalable backend services and high-availability processes. Lead architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, drive feature lifecycles, improve code quality and testability, and respond to customer issues. Contribute to Agile planning and documentation across domains while addressing performance, scaling, and systemic problems.
