Perform human factors and safety analyses for forensic investigations: review evidence, inspect scenes and equipment, design tests and models, conduct statistical analysis, apply consensus standards, prepare reports and exhibits, and manage projects from initiation to completion.

Process twice-monthly and ad-hoc billing, prepare invoices, import and verify costs, maintain billing data in 3E and e-billing platforms, resolve portal issues, support AR and audit-ready documentation, and respond to billing inquiries.

Lead complex metallurgical forensic investigations, develop and defend expert opinions, provide testifying expert services, manage multidisciplinary teams and labs, grow client relationships and revenue, mentor junior staff, and support business development.
