Own IAM outcomes for migrations, define reference architectures and integration patterns, execute SSO/MFA/federation/PAM configurations, ensure security/compliance, perform testing and risk remediation, develop automation and accelerators, mentor junior engineers, and document architectures and operational procedures while collaborating with application, cloud, and security teams.

Lead and execute enterprise patch management across Windows, Linux and non-Windows environments using tools like Tanium, Ansible, Puppet, SCCM, Ivanti and Foreman. Coordinate monthly and emergency patch deployments, analyze vulnerability scans, perform compliance checks, manage incidents/changes and maintain patch documentation and master records. Support global data centers and participate in CAB and high-impact vulnerability responses.

Lead installation, maintenance, evaluation, and migration of ISV mainframe products on IBM z/OS. Manage SMP/E-based software lifecycle, perform product comparisons and migrations, troubleshoot ISV integrations, develop migration runbooks, and support performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident resolution with application teams and vendors.
