Lead design and delivery of enterprise IAM solutions across authentication, authorization, PAM, secrets management, identity governance, and privileged access. Manage and maintain ForgeRock IAM suite (AM, IDM, DS, IG), ensure high availability, perform L3 support and root-cause analysis, develop custom authentication scripts/plugins, configure MFA and conditional access, integrate directories (AD/Azure AD), and automate deployments with CI/CD and container tooling.

Build C-suite relationships, drive solution architecture and delivery, scale pursuit operations, establish KPIs and thought leadership, and ensure measurable business impact from cloud, hybrid IT, and modernization engagements.

Senior technical authority for IBM AIX and Power Systems architecture, engineering, migration, performance tuning, automation, and resiliency. Lead large-scale OS and hardware migrations, own lifecycle management, incident escalation/RCA, HA/DR design, and mentor L3 engineers while ensuring governance, compliance, and vendor coordination.
