Build and lead Ent’s revenue operations function, including GTM systems, AI-powered workflows, forecasting, reporting, deal desk, territory and quota planning, commissions, sales development operations, and operating cadence. Integrate and optimize HubSpot and Gong, rationalize the technology stack, establish reliable revenue intelligence, and partner with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and legal during rapid growth.

Own end-to-end quality for new features across the operator portal, backend platform, and endpoint agent. Translate requirements into runnable acceptance coverage, build and maintain parallel browser test frameworks, validate APIs and contracts, and integrate suites into CI release gates. Curate automated and AI-generated scenarios, assess test risk, report coverage and failures, and close quality gaps. The role also drives adoption of shared tooling and may involve containerized environments, cloud platforms, virtualization, performance testing, and security product testing.

Own integration, performance, reliability, and lifecycle testing for a cross-platform endpoint agent across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Build and maintain VM-based device test infrastructure, CI test farms, and reporting. Define resource limits, investigate high-severity OS-level defects, improve regression coverage, and ensure test suites reliably gate releases. Partner closely with endpoint engineers to provide actionable diagnostics and trusted release-quality evidence.
