Coordinate end-to-end R&D and customer sample shipments globally, ensuring compliant documentation, packaging, and traceability. Proactively identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and manage internal material transfers across sites. Act as central coordinator across R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Compliance, EHS, and Quality to enable timely NPI delivery and reduce turnaround time and rework.

Serve as SME for slurry production equipment reliability, driving uptime and lifecycle planning. Maintain criticality and spare parts analyses, calculate MTTR/MTBF, perform RCFA, build RBDs, support factory systems (chemical addition, batch-making, UPW, chillers), lead small-to-medium capital and CI projects, develop maintenance procedures using SAP-PM and AutoCAD, train maintenance staff, and support EHS initiatives.

Serve as the primary HR business partner for the Aurora campus, aligning HR strategy with site priorities. Provide operational HR support, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational design, change management, and talent initiatives. Partner with COEs to execute HR programs, use data to identify trends and recommend solutions, drive annual processes and large initiatives, improve HR processes, and support onboarding and compliance for a multi-functional manufacturing and corporate site.
