Supports product launches, technology implementations, and business growth in a dynamic manufacturing or technology environment.

Leads CMP solution development, polishing experiments, process optimization, customer and technology development projects, and technical solution implementation. Collaborates with R&D, field engineering, customer-facing, and manufacturing teams; analyzes process data; communicates findings; mentors engineers; and drives innovation in semiconductor manufacturing and CMP technologies.
