Manufactures CMP pads using laminators, CNC equipment, die presses, and cleaning equipment. Performs data entry, record keeping, quality testing, inspections, inventory tasks, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping. Maintains a safe, clean production environment, follows documented procedures, supports continuous improvement and Lean activities, and completes required training. The role requires flexibility across departments and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for the full shift.

Leads a strategic portfolio of semiconductor-related New Product Introduction programs from concept through commercialization. Aligns cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, supply chain, quality, business, and customer-facing functions; manages priorities, risks, resources, KPIs, governance, and executive communication. Improves NPI processes and tools, establishes program-management best practices, coaches teams, drives stage-gate reviews, and supports customer communications and successful commercialization.

Own and improve global Technology & Innovation processes, governance, roadmap systems, CAPEX planning, and project portfolio visibility. Standardize execution across sites, connect strategy to projects and investments, enable digital reporting and workflow improvements, and coordinate with Finance, Operations, Quality, Digital, and leadership teams. Support safety reviews and Management of Change processes for infrastructure and lab modifications while driving continuous improvement, data integrity, and consistent adoption of best practices.
