Designs and implements automated material handling systems throughout their lifecycle, including concept development, detailed mechanical design, feasibility analysis, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and training. The role manages multiple projects, creates technical documentation, supports business development, coordinates vendors, and performs root cause analysis. Requires collaboration with customers and onsite travel for installations and system support.

Designs electrical schematics, control panels, PLC and HMI programs for conveying, robotics, and material handling systems. Responsibilities include proposal support, component procurement, panel builder coordination, installation support, on-site testing, commissioning, startup, operator training, post-launch support, and final documentation. Requires collaboration across the full project lifecycle and travel up to 50% while working in a hybrid Willowbrook office setting.
