The role also includes agent observations, administrative support, and performing operational duties as needed. Work occurs in variable weather and potentially noisy or hazardous airport environments, with rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Manages hub administration for Agent and Ramp workgroups, including attendance policy enforcement, recruitment and onboarding, payroll coordination, leave and injury follow-up, work scheduling, employee counseling, unemployment claims, and administrative policy implementation. Develops Excel-based analyses for budgets, headcount, overtime, and attrition while resolving employee discrepancies and supporting operational projects.
