Supervise airline station operations by coordinating agents and clerks, scheduling coverage, administering training, resolving operational and customer issues, maintaining records, and supporting safe, on-time departures. Perform station agent duties including passenger check-in, ticketing, baggage and cargo handling, aircraft guidance, ground equipment operation, and baggage service. Work rotating shifts, in varying weather conditions, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Supervises ramp operations personnel, coordinates departmental activities, enforces safety and company policies, resolves work problems, trains and motivates employees, maintains personnel records, recommends personnel actions, and operates company equipment or vehicles.

Supports hub managers and frontline leaders through learning and development programs. Facilitates leadership training, coaches managers, supports onboarding, administers assessments, coordinates training logistics, tracks development milestones, and reports learning outcomes. Partners with hub leadership and Talent Development while applying knowledge of airline hub operations, safety, scheduling, and workforce practices.
