The Account Executive is responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships, exceeding sales targets, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Own Eon’s enterprise security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, engineering, operations, and customer trust programs. Build and lead the security organization, manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and FedRAMP readiness, oversee detection and incident response, partner with Engineering and Product on secure design, and represent security to executives, the board, regulators, enterprise customers, and industry stakeholders.

Design and implement Eon's cloud backup solution for enterprise clients. Lead technical evaluations and POCs, advise on integration, deployment, and tracking strategies, onboard clients, produce technical content, gather feedback to inform product roadmap, and provide occasional onsite support.
