Leads Epiq’s global total rewards strategy, including compensation, executive compensation, benefits, retirement, wellbeing, payroll, recognition, governance, and compliance. Advises executive leadership and the Board, manages budgets and vendors, drives technology modernization and analytics, supports business transformations, and builds a high-performing global team. Requires extensive global total rewards leadership, executive-level advisory experience, financial acumen, transformation expertise, and knowledge of regulatory and risk requirements.

Leads multiple client implementations, contract changes, and internal projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include training clients, consulting, data migration planning and execution, workflow and process customization, client relationship management, documentation, and project management. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, independent technology learning, and accountability for project outcomes in a fast-paced environment, with potential travel of 5–10%.
