Teams at Equip

Leads strategic planning, operational execution, reporting, and infrastructure for Equip’s Care Operations function. Manages analysts and project managers, drives process improvement and change management, develops performance metrics and dashboards, and partners cross-functionally to scale care delivery and patient experience. The role translates organizational strategy into standardized, accountable systems while using SQL and operational analysis to identify trends and improve efficiency, compliance, and departmental performance.

Manage health plan partnerships from implementation through ongoing value delivery, retention, renewals, and expansion. Coordinate internal teams, represent client needs, oversee program KPIs, support contracting conversations, produce client reporting, and drive operational improvements. The role requires strong healthcare payer knowledge, relationship management, analytical skills, and project coordination. It is fully remote with at least quarterly travel to client meetings.

Conduct provider outreach through phone, email, and other sales channels to generate qualified meetings and patient referrals. Perform discovery calls, identify leads, document interactions and statuses in the CRM, and hand off qualified opportunities to clinical partnership representatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, independent time management, and the ability to work remotely. Limited travel may be required for training and conferences.
