Provide administrative and sales support for community sales and marketing: greet customers, process and close home sales, maintain customer records and inventory, run credit checks, prepare sales agreements, create marketing photos/videos, audit marketing materials, track customer traffic and follow up, organize files and supplies, and participate in team meetings and trainings.
