Provides direct support and supervision to inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. Maintains program structure, conducts safety checks, supports de-escalation and coping skills, monitors bathrooms and meals, facilitates groups, records patient care in the EHR, takes basic vitals and weights, assists with transportation and outings, and completes administrative documentation.

Manages nursing operations for a residential eating-disorder treatment unit serving children. Supervises nursing and support staff, coordinates staffing, oversees medical treatment implementation, supports crisis and behavioral management, reviews incidents, ensures policy and accreditation compliance, monitors infection control and quality data, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, manages pharmacy and vendor relationships, and provides direct patient care and staff support as needed.

Provides behavioral health support in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization programs. Facilitates therapeutic groups, monitors and supports meals, documents patient activities, performs safety and self-harm assessments, assists with de-escalation and behavior management, monitors bathrooms and breaks, supports routines, and may collect vitals, weights, and urine samples.
