Provides case management, resource navigation, referrals, and participant advocacy for individuals and families. Coordinates workshops, support groups, outreach, and community partnerships while maintaining participant records, grant documentation, and compliance reporting. Conducts home visits, supports trauma-informed programming, represents the organization in community settings, and supervises assigned staff and interns. Requires bilingual English and Spanish fluency, community-based service experience, strong organization, and occasional evening, weekend, and community travel.

Provide paralegal support for immigration cases: perform administrative tasks, conduct client interviews and intake, draft and prepare immigration applications, gather evidence, manage case files and databases, file documents with courts and USCIS, assist at workshops and client interviews, translate and communicate with clients, and perform legal research under attorney supervision.

Implement and deliver school-age programming for children (ages 5–12), participate in curriculum planning, document child progress, maintain safety and licensing compliance, engage parents and staff, attend trainings and agency meetings, and assist Site Director with program operations.

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for community mental health services, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff supervision, strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder collaboration. Support therapists and interns, oversee documentation and safety planning, and report clinical program status to senior leadership and the Board.

Manage and coordinate disability services within Early Childhood Education: supervise paraprofessionals, track IFSP/IEP referrals and data, liaise with CPS and Early Intervention, support teachers and families, ensure compliance with licensing and reporting, provide training, attend evaluations/IEP meetings, and produce required reports to DFSS and funders.

Provide direct care and programming for children ages 5–12, implement curriculum, maintain records, ensure health and safety, communicate with parents/staff, attend trainings, support accreditation and regulatory compliance, and serve as in-ratio staff.
