Provide administrative support for immigration legal services: receptionist duties, client intake, data entry, file management, prepare and mail USCIS applications, schedule appointments, collect fees, assist with case management, translate documents, support workshops, and produce monthly reports.

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for community mental health services, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff supervision, strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder collaboration. Support therapists and interns, oversee documentation and safety planning, and report clinical program status to senior leadership and the Board.

Provide trauma-informed, client-centered case management and direct services to immigrant and low-income families. Develop and facilitate workshops and outreach, create promotional materials and resource handbooks, collect program data and report using Salesforce and Charity Tracker, coordinate interns, attend community meetings, and complete required trainings including 40-hour domestic violence/sexual assault training.

Provide executive financial leadership, advise CEO and Board, lead budgeting, audits, Single Audit compliance, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and finance team development to ensure long-term organizational sustainability.

Manage and coordinate disability services within Early Childhood Education: supervise paraprofessionals, track IFSP/IEP referrals and data, liaise with CPS and Early Intervention, support teachers and families, ensure compliance with licensing and reporting, provide training, attend evaluations/IEP meetings, and produce required reports to DFSS and funders.

Provide direct care and programming for children ages 5-12, implement curriculum, document individual needs and evaluations, maintain records and safety, attend meetings and trainings, support accreditation and compliance with licensing and mandated reporting, and ensure staff-child ratios and program operations.
